Spiced Hot Chocolate
best for curling up in a blanket with a book and music on a cold, winter day
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine and heat in saucepan
